AdvocacyThe Advocacy Committee collaborates with local and state organizations to address crucial matters impacting the commercial real estate industry. | DEI&AThe DEI&A Committee is responsible for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility both within and beyond the organization. |
EducationThe Education Committee oversees the RPA designation program and reviews all scholarship entries and educational presentations submitted by members. | Emerging LeaderThe Emerging Leader Committee welcomes commercial real estate members under 35 and plans year-round activities. |
EventsThis committee provides support in organizing various creative, educational, and networking events throughout the year. | FinanceThe Finance Committee is responsible for analyzing the organization's finances, offering advice, and overseeing the budget. Only open to current Board Members. |
GolfOur Annual Golf Outing takes place in early August and always sells out. Committee members sell sponsorships and assist on the day of the event. | NominationThe Nominating Committee, comprised of the Executive Committee, identifies qualified candidates for our Board of Directors. Only open to current Officers. |
Philanthropic
The Philanthropic committee works with local charities planning services days to make our city vibrant. Members volunteer during scheduled days of service.

The Public Safety Committee identifies key issues in Indianapolis and organizes meetings with Downtown Indy, IMPD, and IFD to support members.
