The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award is the most prestigious award in commercial real estate. TOBY Award is the only competition that honors outstanding commercial buildings for excellence in building management and operational efficiency. All facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated including its tenant relations, community involvement, emergency preparedness and security procedures, building standards, sustainability, energy management, accessibility and overall exceptional management practices.
BOMA Indianapolis invites you to join its distinguished list of winning buildings by participating in the TOBY Awards competition. Only properties winning at the local level will be asked to submit a property for the North Central Regional competition. Regional winners become finalists for the prestigious BOMA International TOBY® Award presented at the BOMA International Conference in Nashville, TN in June 27, 2017.
