Dr. Allison Barber joins us to discuss her current role as chancellor of WGU Indiana and past role as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense to Donald H. Rumsfeld.  Allison spent more than seven years at the Department of Defense and worked at the White House during the early stages of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

She will be discussing the lessons learned from 9/11 and how that impacted leadership styles across the board.

An Indiana native, Allison’s portfolio includes more than 25 years of experience in education and public service. Learn more as Allison takes us through her beginnings as a grade school teacher at Merrillville Public School in Indiana to now chancellor of the state's online, competency-based university which champions college attainment for working Hoosiers who have some college, but have yet to earn a degree.

We will also be hearing from Sherry Seiwert, President of Downtown Indy with the latest information on the proposed Economic Improvement District for the mile square.

There are many options for parking! Check them out here.
