  • To donate materials, please contact the BOMA Office, Lacy Showers or Abby Burns. This sponsorship is to donate straight funds needed to purchase materials. Your logo will appear on volunteer shirt and on our website.

BOMA Indy Philanthropic Day Benefiting 

St. Mary's Child Center Gilliatte Building!

St. Mary's Ft. Benjamin Harrison building is in major need of clean up and YOU can help! BOMA members will have two opportunities to volunteer to spread mulch and pea gravel, plant flowers, set timbers, paint, etc.  Both morning sessions will be from 8:00AM-12:00PM to avoid the hot July heat. Thank you to those members who are already willing to donate time & materials!  We are still looking for the following:

Front (South) Playground Area

14  - 4 X 4 X 10 Timbers for edging 

5 ton Pea Gravel 

Back Playground 

2 Tons Play Sand for sand box 

Little Tables 

For each one we want to make:

1 4x4x8 Treated Wood

3 2x4x8 Treated Wood

4 2x2 Spindles Treated Wood

3 inch Box of Screws

Tools

Bobcat

Shovels

Spades

Wheel Barrows

Leaf Rakes

Sledge Hammer

Drill & Bits for Timbers

Contact Lacy Showers or Abby Burns if you have materials you wish to donate!  All sponsors of product of straight donations receive their logo on the shirt of volunteers that day, logo on our website and announcements throughout the event. After July 13th, we cannot guarantee shirt sizes
