COURSE EXAMS

As of January 4, 2021, all course exams will now be taken in BOMI's learning portal.  Learners can take their exam immediately after finishing their course - no scheduling needed.  There is now no travel time or expense, saving you seven visits to a Pearson VUE testing center.  Course exams are timed, but not proctored, reducing test anxiety.  Consider taking the practice exam prior to taking the course to measure your knowledge when beginning a course.  Take it again after to the course to gauge what you have learned.  You must pass a course exam with a score of 70% or better.  This course's test will be 100 multiple-choice questions.  You will have 90 minutes to complete.  Once you have completed all courses in your RPA and/or FMA designation program, and passed each course exam, you will be eligible for the Designation Capstone Experience Exam.  This exam is proctored by Pearson Vue Testing Services and can be completed at any Pearson VUE testing center or as an online proctored exam.

EXAM ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Students have a six-month eligibility period to take their exam. This period begins on the first day of class.  If you do not take your exam within six months, or if you fail the exam, you may receive additional attempts by paying an Exam Administration Fee to begin a new six-month eligibility period.

EXAM ADMINISTRATION FEE (INCLUDES EXAM TRANSFER, EXAM NO-SHOW, AND RETEST)

Students who fail an exam, do not cancel a scheduled exam appointment, or require an additional six months to take the exam will incur an Exam Administration Fee allowing for an additional six-month eligibility period. This fee includes testing and administrative fees and is $150.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

To ensure sufficient time to prepare, students should be registered ten (10) business days prior to the class start date. A $150 (USD) late fee will be applied to registrations received thereafter.  Additional shipping fees apply and BOMA Indianapolis must pass those fees on to students due to late registrations.
