Start Here - 2024* Membership Dues:

Principal Members (owners, property managers, brokers, engineers):

• $1,055 if you are the first member in your firm (Principal Member)
• $800 if you are the second member in your firm (Principal #2)
• $525 if you are the third + member in your firm (Principal #3+)
• $525 if you are a chief engineer 
• $525 if you are a non-profit/civil/government
• $250 if you are under the age of 35

Allied Members (vendors who provide goods and services to our principal members):

• $1,200 if you are the first member in your firm (Principal Member)
• $800 if you are the second member in your firm (Principal #2)
• $525 if you are the third member in your firm (Principal #3+)

Add Some Lunch Events:

• $350 to attend all seven (7) luncheon meetings for the year at $50 each.  Luncheons with fees typically occur in January, March, April, June, September, October and December.
• We don't typically charge for member appreciation events, philanthropic events, some tours or Emerging Leader Events.
