We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to provide general office support and a welcoming atmosphere. The successful candidate is a hard-working, bright, and self-motivated, who thrives in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment, and is driven to grow and succeed.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate person/team
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and guests to the company
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to company location, company website, and other related information
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
  • Organize and maintain conference room schedules
  • Tidy and maintain reception area and conference rooms at all times
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation and Hours

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Brokers. The successful candidate is a hard-working, bright, and self-motivated, who thrives in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment, and is driven to grow and succeed.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develops marketing packages, brochures, newsletters and presentations; prepare proposals and presentation materials such as PowerPoint slides and presentation boards
  • Perform research and collect market and property information and area demographics
  • Manage daily tasks, filing, scheduling appointments, listen and summarizing voicemails, manage calendar
  • Coordinate and produce special events (open houses, industry events, client events)
  • Develop day-to-day client relationships, managing projects and providing clients with ongoing updates on current market conditions
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
  • Take initiative to identify and proactively accomplish needed tasks and resolve routine issues
  • Provide administrative support by drafting and editing correspondence; transcribing, formatting, inputting, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics; establishing and maintaining files and records; collecting and analyzing information; preparing reports.
  • Follow up on commitments and deadlines
  • Interact with brokers, customers, vendors and management
  • Must have confidence to be able to work independently with all tasks being extremely time sensitive
  • Must be resourceful at identifying and working around obstacles to find creative, inexpensive solutions independently
  • Facilitates a high level of trust and able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills Required

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Relevant Real Estate experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time hourly position with medical, vision, and dental benefits along with short-term and long-term disability, company paid life insurance, 401k with an employer match, and discounted fitness membership. Compensation is based on experience.

BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE


We are seeking a vibrant, energetic, self motivated worker that can work quickly with little supervision.  Ability to work flexible hours – some weekends.

Duties Include daily grounds pickup, window washing, snow removal/landscape maintenance, fulfilling tenant requests, minimal HVAC and plumbing maintenance and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Show proof of eligibility to work in US
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check
