BOMI listened to student and industry experts and are enhancing their programs to help students achieve their RPA and FMA designations faster and more efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards in the industry.  Here's what's new:

• Course exams will now be taken through the BOMI Learning Portal - no need to visit a testing center
• Simplified experience forms requiring employment history verification only
• Once all RPA and/or FMA course requirements are complete, learners will undergo a culminating RPA/FMA Capstone Exam
• The Capstone Exam is a 2-hour multiple choice exam.

OUR INSTRUCTORS

Abby Kichura, RPA of Lillibridge, has over fourteen years of experience as a reputable commercial real estate leader and innovative thinker in multiple Class A buildings, skilled in time management/prioritizing, tenant relations, project management and communication. Possess a deep understanding of property operations, financial responsibilities, and leasing strategies to cultivate a unique and successful asset.  Abby currently teaches our Budgeting and Accounting Course.

Michael Lauhoff has been teaching for BOMI since 2006 and teaches most of the courses BOMI offers.  He's one of BOMI's top instructors.  He's a past Board member of BOMA Metro Detroit and a past Co-Chair of the Education Committee for BOMA Metro Detroit.  Michael holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and has spoken in Brazil and has taught in Germany for BOMI. He has over 28 years in Facility and Property Management and currently operates his own Facility Management business since 2010. Michael has managed properties in the Commercial, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Bottling Industry and currently provides services to Coca-Cola.

Renae Breitbach, RPA has been a property manager since 1995 and is teaching our Leasing & Marketing for Property Managers. Renae has a long history of managing class A office, industrial, flex space, medical office and retail.  As a current/founding Partner and Executive Vice President of Amerimar Midwest Management Co., Inc., a third-party fee property management company, Renae is responsible for all client development, marketing, sales, management, financial reporting, human resource management and project management.
